Okay, so Lesson 2 was pretty long — there sure was a lot to cover on the subject of blood pressure — and those were just the basics! Well, good job sticking with it, and welcome to Lesson 3. In this lesson, we'll give you a brief overview of who has a greater risk for developing this serious condition. If you have already been diagnosed with hypertension, you're probably not too concerned with whether or not you're at risk...guess that's pretty apparent. However, this section can help you keep an eye out for your family and friends, and any information is worthwhile with a condition such as hypertension. It's a simple thing to diagnose, but you need to be aware of the probability and dangers to assure early detection and subsequent proper treatment.

Assignment #1

What's a lesson without a quiz? Once again, here's a mini-test to see where your knowledge about hypertension high-risk factors lies. Good luck!
