At this point, you should be quite familiar (or at least, aware) of the precautionary measures needed to control chronic hypertension.

You should also have familiarized yourself with the finer points of blood pressure, and now be a self-proclaimed King (or Queen) of the Blood Pressure Kingdom!

Since your doctor cannot be there by your side all day, every day to follow your blood pressure fluctuations, it may be necessary for you to monitor your own blood pressure regularly at home. This is accomplished with a nifty little gadget known as a blood pressure monitor. (catchy name, huh?)
