Assignment #1

You've been so patient — looks like it's about time for some rewards! Here is the first of two savvyHEALTH Hypertension 101 games. Pay close attention to what you learn in this first one, Blood Pressure Ups and Downs because you're going to need that information to do well on the next one!

How was it? Did you have a good time? Well, we aim to please! Put your knowledge to work in our next little hypertension diversion, Matching Mania!

Assignment #3

Alright, we don't want any nervous stomachs here, but it's time for your Hypertension 101 final quiz. Really, if you're having any flashbacks of chemistry, history, or English finals, you're way off track. This one should be an absolute breeze. This quiz includes a couple of questions from each of the previous lessons, so you should have no trouble. But hey, if you do miss one or two, you can always go back to the lesson to review — that's why savvyHEALTH is so great! We're always here to help you stay informed on your hypertension and to make the right decisions about your treatment.

Assignment #4

Well, you have certainly come a long way! As your last Hypertension 101 assignment, we want you to slowly raise one arm over your head, bend your elbow so that your hand hangs down behind your head, and proceed to give yourself a couple of pats on the back — you certainly deserve them. Congratulations on finishing this very important step toward taking control of your health.
